Compile content for viewing
There are various situations in which it makes sense to share data via kleio. For example, you might want to provide your publisher with high-resolution images for a book project. Or an exhibition venue needs high-resolution images of your work to promote the exhibition.
The easiest way to do this is to create a new Space and then use the display options to create a view according to your needs. - End function - password protection, sharing, go into it again, if you are interested in file sharing you should find the answer here

Share original images and files for download
Move the records to the Space you want to share. Then set the folders in which you have stored the images to visible and downloadable in your Space settings.
Visitors to your website can then download these original files directly to their computer.
