Something is not working?
That could be the reason:
- Check your Browser Version kleio strives to be as compatible as possible, but works best on the latest versions of your internet browser. Try an update :)
- Reload your page
- Clear your Browser Cache
With the key combination Command and R you can force a so-called hard refresh of the page. The page will reload and sometimes this solves a problem.
This varies depending on the browser.
It is best to google "clear browser cache instructions" and the name of your browser (e.g. Chrome or Safari etc.).
