Display Options in Space

Display Options

You can customize the appearance of your space according to several parameters to suit your needs.

In the space settings, click on Custom under display options.

How do I access the settings?

To access your Space settings, select your Space and click on the gear icon.

Tiles

In the first section, you can determine the alignment and size of the tiles, as well as the border and alignment of the image.

Tile Size

Here you can set the tile sizes in the overview.

Tile Size: Big

Tile Size: Medium

Tile Size: Small

Image Alignment

Here you can adjust the alignment of the images in the overview.

Alignment: Centered

Alignment: Top

Image Coverage

Hier kannst du einstellen, wie die Bildabdeckung auf der Übersicht sein soll.

Lines

Here you can set whether and how the tiles should appear with lines in the overview.

Line Width

Here you can set the thickness of the lines in the overview.

Overview

In the second section, you determine:

• the display of the navigation menu
• the composition and display of the label
• the selection of tags

Navigation Menu

Here you can set whether the navigation menu should be closed or open when the program starts.

Heading

Here you can set whether the heading should be displayed in the overview or not.

Tags as Filters

Here you can choose whether you want to see all tags as filters on the website, none, only the kleio tags, or selected tags. If you choose selected tags, you can then select them specifically for each field:

The tags will then appear as filters on the website:

Note: For shared records, the tags that the space owner has enabled, are displayed.

Heading Composition

Here you can select which field information should be displayed as labels for your records in the tile view in your space.

You can choose between the fields Date, ID, Label, and Author.

In order for you to select the fields and for them to be displayed, they must

• be set to visible in the space settings.
• be filled in in the respective record. For example, if a record does not have a date, no date can be displayed in the header.

Once you have selected fields, they will appear with a black background. This is what it looks like when the ID and Label fields are selected, for example.

Now you can change the order by dragging and dropping the fields.

For example, this is what the overview in your space looks like when you have selected the fields ID and Label:

Detail View

In the last section, you can specify whether field labels and image captions are displayed in the detail view. The detail view opens when you click on a record in the space.

Field Labels

Here you can set whether the field label should be displayed in the detail view.

Caption

Here you can choose which caption should be displayed under your images. You can choose between no caption, copyright, or copyright + caption.
