Storage Folders
When you create a new Record, you can upload pictures and media on the right side.
An unlimited amount of data can be stored on kleio.
There is a maximum volume of 2 GB per file or a maximum of 178,000,000 pixels or 16,000 x 16,000 pixels.
All image formats can be uploaded. Not all of them are displayed on the web. RAW files, for example, can be saved but not displayed.
Storage Folders and their uses
To the right of the record window you will find various folder structures that images and files can be uploaded into.
Gallery
Images or files that are to be used for display in exports or on the website can be stored here. These are, for example, images of your work or videos of your performance, etc.
Admin
Images and files that have something to do with the administration behind your record can be stored here, e.g. photos documenting the condition of a work, shipping labels, etc.
Process
This folder is not displayed by default, you can show it by customizing the fields you display in your settings.
Images and files of a more documentary nature can be stored here, e.g. the development stages of your work or behind-the-scenes images, etc.
Attachment
Here you can store images and files that you would like to make available to your website visitors for download, e.g. the PDF of an article, a paper written about your work, a flyer for an exhibition, images of the work for free use, etc.
It is important to note that PDFs are only displayed on websites if they can also be downloaded. This can be found in your website settings.
Archive
Images and files that do not fit into any other folder or are no longer up to date can be stored here.
