3. Enter your details in the fields below

5. Click on Sign up
6. Check your inbox and confirm your email address in the kleio mail. This will automatically redirect you to your account.

Yes! kleio basic is free and you can create a profile for free and share it with as many communities as you like. You also have a one-pager website at your disposal.

You can export your data in smaller portions to ensure a smooth and stable download. Two export formats are available:

• CSV files: Ideal for structured data backup and further processing.

2. Request a Full Backup via Support

Alternatively, you can request a complete backup from the Kleio support team. Depending on the size of your database, this service may incur a fee.

If you have just connected your own domain to kleio, it can take up to 72 hours for your website to be displayed as secure. kleio has to create the security certificates for your own domains.
