15.04.2025 – New Search Features
Searching in your kleio account is now more professional – and more versatile than ever before!
From now on, you have many new options to search specifically for content – seek and you shall find.
🔍 Search with AND / OR in tag fields
Want to find objects tagged RED or GREEN – or even RED and GREEN at the same time? No problem!
If you want to know where something is still missing.
Whether 1800–1900 or a specific day – filter results easily by time periods.
Whether height, width, or depth – you can now search in any numeric dimension field.
Use special search commands to make your results even more precise.
Also new the “Owner of” field. This new field appears in person or institution records and shows which works are associated with that person or institution as an owner. The information is generated automatically when the person is entered as the owner in the provenance field of a work. You can now also search specifically for this information.

17.12.2024 – New Payment Options & Announcement of the future price
kleio is officially an adult! 🍾
For 18 years, kleio has been supporting creative artists in the sustainable documentation of their work while continuously evolving. During this time, one thing has remained unchanged: the price. However, the time has come to adjust our subscription prices for the very first time. Rest assured, our commitment to fair pricing remains steadfast – ensuring that ALL cultural professionals can organize and position themselves professionally. As a big thank you for the trust, we will send all active kleio professional subscriptions a loyalty voucher with a 30% discount for your next kleio year at the beginning of 2025.
Starting February 3, 2025, the kleio Professional subscription will be priced at CHF 144 per year.
Payment processing is now even more professional! You can now pay at kleio via Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and, as before, by debit or credit card. Your payment receipts can be viewed and downloaded.

❗You do not need to make any adjustments if you are now paying via DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD or ARE PART OF A COMMUNITY that covers the cost of your kleio Professional account.
03.12.2024 – New design options
Discover the new design options in the page settings on your website. For example, you can now display your media & files in full screen mode.
Choose how you want to display your projects in the set settings:
- Facts: For those who want to show all information at a glance.
- Gallery: For those who prefer to let the pictures do the talking.
- Blog: For those who like to tell a story.
- Screen: For those who like to use all the space.

With the new display options, the navigation menu can now be opened and closed manually. You can decide for yourself whether the menu should be open or closed when the page is opened.

Tonight some updates will go live. Many of them concern the right panel Present & Collaborate. It should also be easier to recognize at a glance which record is already stored in which set and whether a record is only in my internal area or has already been published.
