Related Records
It is possible to link records with each other.
Among other things, this is explained in this video:
Here you can link other records to this record. For example, you can link all the works in an exhibition to the record of the exhibition. Or you can link press releases with the corresponding work or performance.
There are two ways to select records for linking:
1- Search by label
To link a record, you can type the name (i.e. the label) of the record directly into the field. This will open a drop-down menu in which the record you are looking for should then appear.
When you tap on a record, it is automatically connected to the record.
2- Search all records
You can also select records to connect by clicking on the arrow on the right.
Then click on Add .
You will now be taken to an overview of all your records (excluding actor records).
You can connect records by clicking on Connect.
In this view you can also use the search function to find certain records.
In this example, I want to find all dog sculptures that are made of ceramic. So I use the search function and then connect all records that fulfill the property Material = Ceramic. You can find out more about how to search your records here: Search Records
