Files & Media
Every entry you make on kleio is a record. Every work, every actor, every exhibition, every news article, every press release, every performance - all of these are records on kleio.
When you create a new record, you can upload images and files on the right-hand side.
An unlimited amount of data can be stored on kleio.
There is a maximum volume of 2 GB per file or a maximum of 178,000,000 pixels or 16,000 x 16,000 pixels.
All image formats can be uploaded. Not all of them are displayed on the web. RAW files, for example, can be saved but not displayed.
You will see various folders on the right into which you can upload your images and files:
Gallery
Images or files that are to be used for display in exports or on the website can be stored here. These are, for example, images of your work or videos of your performance, etc.
Attachment
Here you can store images and files that you would like to make available to your website visitors for download, e.g. the PDF of an article, a paper written about your work, a flyer for an exhibition, images of the work for free use, etc.
It is important to note that PDFs are only displayed on websites if they can also be downloaded. You can find out how to do this here: Show PDF in Space
Admin
Images and files that have something to do with the administration behind your record can be stored here, e.g. photos documenting the condition of a work, shipping labels, etc.
Archive
Images and files that do not fit into any other folder or are no longer up to date can be stored here.
Process
This folder is not displayed by default, you can show it via Customize fields.
Images and files of a more documentary nature can be stored here, e.g. the development stages of your work or behind-the-scenes images, etc.
