Edit fields

Edit Fields

You can freely determine which fields you want to use to describe your records.

1. click on Edit Fields detailed view of the record

2. An overview of all fields will now open. You can edit your fields here.


1: Here you can see all currently active, i.e. displayed fields

2: Here you can see an overview of all the fields that are available to you on kleio. The fields with a black background are active, the fields with a white background are not displayed.

You can now select and deselect fields by clicking on them.

You can also use the arrows on the left-hand side to change the order of the fields.

3. When you are happy with your selection, click on Apply to Record.
