Display records
The records are displayed in the middle section. You can specify how these are to be displayed
Display records as tiles or as a list
You can change the display of the records by clicking on these icons.
By default, the records are always displayed as tiles. In the tile view, the size of the displayed tiles can be adjusted using a slider.
Use list view
If you want to use the list view, click on the list icon in your overview:
Your records now appear in a list view. A fixed selection of fields is displayed:
- Type
- ID
- Label
- Date
- Author
- Content tags
Series view and single view
If you use the Is part of series field in your records, you can also choose between single view and series view when displaying your records.
By default, the view in the middle section of kleio is set to series view at the top right. Series are displayed in this setting.
If you click on single view, you can change the view.
If the view is set to single view, the individual records are displayed separately and it is not immediately apparent that they belong to the same series.
