Something not working?

Here's what you can try yourself:

1. Check your browser version

kleio strives for maximum compatibility, but works best on the latest versions of your internet browser. Try updating it :)

2. Reload your page

With the key combination

1. on Apple: Command+R
2. with Microsoft: CTRL+SHIFT+R

you can force a so-called hard refresh of the page. The page will reload, which sometimes solves the problem.

3. Clear your browser cache

This varies depending on your browser.

The best thing to do is to google “clear browser cache instructions” and the name of your browser (e.g., Chrome or Safari, etc.).
