Smart Sets
All sets that have a green frame and are highlighted in green when they are clicked on are so-called Smart Sets.
Smart sets are "intelligent sets". You can specify that all records with the property XY should be collected in a smart set. Every time you create a new record with the property XY, it is automatically added to the smart set.
Create smart sets
First, you need to determine the properties that your smart set should collect. Use the search bar to do this.
When you click in the search bar, a selection of fields automatically appears that you can use to filter.
Filtering means that you give kleio an order: Show me all records with property XY.
For example, if you want kleio to show you all records with the material ceramic, you can filter as follows:
- Click on the Material field
- Select
is
(If you want to instruct kleio to show you all records that do not have the property XY, then chooseis not
) - Choose
ceramic
- Click
Enter
. Now it will show you all the records in the middle section of kleio for which you have noted ceramics in the Material field. You can now sort the record results and select single or series view.
You can do this with all possible fields and properties. You can also search for multiple properties.
When you are happy with your search selection, you can click Create Smart Set
on the right.
A new set with a green frame will then automatically appear in your Organize panel on the left, to which you can give a name. Then click on Save
. Your new Smart Set has now been created.
Smart sets can only be created in the left-hand Organize panel. In the right-hand panel Present, you can only work with normal sets.
Rename smart sets
You can rename smart sets in exactly the same way as you can rename normal sets.
To rename a set, you can click on the three dots to the right of the set.
Then on the small pen.
Then you can type in a new set name and save it.
Delete smart sets
You can delete smart sets in the same way as you can delete normal sets.
To delete a set, you can click on the three dots to the right of the set.
Then onto the small garbage can.
Confirm your selection.
This process only deletes the set, the records remain. You will find them again in the All other records set or in the Actor set (if it is an Actor record).
