Select Records
You can select individual records to perform various actions. You select a record by clicking on the small circle at the top right.
To select several records that come one after the other without clicking on each one individually, you can use the following trick: You can select the first one, then hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and select the last record you want to select.
If you are satisfied with your selection, you can perform various actions at the bottom, where the number of selected records is displayed.
We call this button the Actions menu. Click on Edit or Export to use its functions.
